Talking Unanswered: First chicks from my own flock!!!!!

Well I believe congrats are in order. I have 14 new peepers running around in my homemade brooder. A friend put in 24 eggs for me and 16 hatched 2 died in the bator so I have 14, 2 chicks from my mystery bantams, and 12 little light brahmas. Not bad since it was a first time using a incy for both of us!!! And the temp dropped off a couple of times. I can't even watch TV just watched them all night last night, even slept on the couch afraid something might get them, gonna have to rearrange bedroom so the tub fits in there. It's just really such a miracle!!! Am loading up more in my incy it's a still air too so wish me luck!!

Congrats on the new babies.

Over the last 4 days I've had 9 Mallard ducklings hatch out of 13 eggs and 8 Silver Lakenvelder chicks from 12 eggs. My first time with an incubator too.
